Agree, OTB is base on fact n figure. And I look at the result n the result speak for itself. If those friend here just simply base on PE n the stock is fully valued then is wrong. Sometimes we buy the future by forecast the industry base on many factors. Just different people have different method of viewing thing. In the end, the stock move up slowly in one year time is due to the stock have a true growth in and is not a magic by OTB member. As for KYY comment on AYS, I think I got nothing to say about him.

Finally, Calvin. I remembered the project name in Bentong, is Taman makmur height bentong. Under Banda Industry Sdn Bhd. Now is open for registration. If u came across Bentong, just go to Bentong Makmur Height, u can see the land cleaning on ur right after GSB sale office. Their shop lot progress in Bentong on track, the whole contruction is finish. Pending window installation, painting, tar road. But the hotel haven't in sight yet.

Kok kok....qtr sure announce next week before 31 May. Profit Q to Q and Y to Y expected very good. But look at the current trend...how good the result out, the price will gap up n then return to square or red. I expected the same will happen to CAB, people will tend to sold off once the price gap up unless the kok kok like us tend to keep until bonus n share split. Is my opinion only.
