Superb annual report.with macro analysis of its target market.shows that the management know what they're doing.Huge increase in raw material inventory indicates an expected increase in sales.New production facility in vietnam(largest export market),clean balance sheet,healthy cash flows. All of this in my opinion justifies its PE ratio because the probability that superlon can meet that expectation is high.

just need less than 1cent eps to exceed 2016 eps.based on last quarter report said that earnings will improve in next quarter due to completion of previously delayed projects. there's high probability that 2017 eps will exceed 2016 eps.plus the business model is good.so awc is a good company to keep
