UOB upgraded them today to RM2.01. Scream BUY!
- Construction of the ECRL will commence soon as it will be re-launched on 25 July,
while the PBHS contract is expected to be awarded in phases from 4Q19, pending
transition from PDP to the state work department by Sep 19. Separately, GARQS hopes
property sales will pick up following weaker property sales in 1H19. We upgrade our
target price to RM2.01 as GAQRS stands is well positioned to secure new ECRL and
PBHS contracts. Maintain BUY.
