Jalil restructure plan is wrong to sell BJTOTO as it was the cash cow that kept Vincent group of companies from sinking because of Vincent penchant for buying spree in properties in BJcorp and BJland in the past raising their debt levels.

Generally Serbak will be downgraded but only to what price? I would be surprised if price LU to pre KPMG audit issues because you need RM3 billions to do that. Anyway depends on how serious were the audit issues where management refused and dragged them till forced by KLSE to get the review done.
