Yes!! finally... hold from 2016 CNY time til now.. go through a lot of hard time, with private placement (drop til around 1.90), price shot up to 3.30, kyy said no good (drop til around 2.80), Quarterly result no good (drop til around 2.50), after bonus drop til around 0.90 and now getting project... hope can go back before bonus (abit greedy)... congrats all...!! happy weekend..

huh?? good result with increase dividend payout, price not up but drop??! but still happy with 8 cents dividend.. even based on 8 cents div divided by current price 1.77, return of 4.52%, which is higher than FD anyway..

dividend from reit no need file for income tax.. when you received is net of tax.. 10% withholding tax.. non-claimable for refund.. if you plan to hold for long term or just want fixed return, then you may invest in reit.. return is higher than FD rate.. average return like 4%-6%.. depending on what price you go in..

since all directors exercising their ESOS, i guess the result should be good... if result bad then the share price will drop and subsequently the ESOS price might not be so attractive.. if not attractive why not exercise later.. so i think should be a good sign to us..

all sifu, just wanna ask right, why the exercise price of the warrant so cheap huh?? based on the current price of 2.50, if split (2.50/2 = 1.25) and bonus shares (1.25/4x3 = 0.94) would be around 0.94.. am sure if my computation is correct.. if my computation is correct, why the exercise price so low one huh?

I still holding as well.. but abit regret to average up my cost earlier.. should buy today, at least my lower average cost.. hope to see good result in coming quarters..
