Exactly same people (aided by big headlines in local papers) signed firstly MOU, then MOA and then Conditional Master Framework Agreement, all may be terminated any time based on any of many exit clauses therein. Chinese stock market plummeted recently and they made it back big in KL.

What is the so called expert technical chartist advice now?

This company is saddled with massive debts to the tune of about a few billions, with gearing ratio of 17 or 18 times. How can it ever can return to profitability, especially in times of bad steel market? Besides, its bank facilities are all frozen and have difficulty of paying staff salary, as reported in last Saturday Starbiz. And also burdened by their corporate guarantee of a large portion of Perwaja's bank borrowing. Please be cautious in your investment in this counter, at your risk.

The signed document is clearly stated as (Conditional Master Framework Agreement) with a lot of condition precedents that Chinese can invoke to terminate it any time they want it. "Conditional" and non legal binding and no payment of any money as a consideration for the contract to enforce specific performance. At best, it is just another MOU. No fool, especially the shrewd Chinese, want to dump RM1.8b into such a rotten dying company that have a mountain of debts of RM2.2b and stopped operations completely for 2 years. Think their machines are also now in very rusty and inoperative conditions. 10 cents not worthy. Capital reduction of 95% is proposed.

Against those who predict or advise buy or sell based on their charts, following is simple logic: if you buy 20 shares today, under their proposed capital reduction from par value RM1 to 5 cts, your shareholding is technically become 1 share, if the takeover by Chinese is ever come through. Then there will be a issues of new shares (not right issue!) in millions n millions n millions to the Chinese (for RM 1.8 billions at RM0.20 per shares). Your original 20 shares will now become 0.0000000001 share (exactly, calculate it yourself). Besides the risk of holding your share for long uncertain period at least till July 2017 (reported and projected to start make profit!). If the deal does not go through, your shareholding becomes scrap paper. Before above massive dilution of their existing shares, some ones (no rocket science to guess who) are on selling spree for days.. Then will push it up again if it comes down or produce more paper reporting, to continue to attract more retail buyers. Trading at your own risk, just a personal view, do not agree, fine, pls do not get upset. Open forum.

I stick to my belief as a value investor, not a chartist or trader like bilis bilis. Never mind, need not argue further about it, everyone is entitled to his opinion. Let us just wait and see the final ending of this counter.
