Selangor to build two water treatment plants:
a) Semenyih 2 has a capacity of 100 million litres per day
b) Labohan Dagang plant in Kuala Langat, with water capacity of 400mld

Tender documents are opened in March 2016

Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali said the two plants costing RM800mil - Semenyih 2 and Labohan Dagang, Kuala Langat - would ensure water supply between 2017 and 2019, as the Langat 2 plant may only be completed by 2019 and not 2017.
