Lousy stock...past 8 quaterly results only 1 quarter profit the rest loss including latest 4 qtr. Even they announce big news and introduce new digital platforms as long their financial track record is not good will only losing investors confident.

@greedy44444 do you what the price given to their employees? Usually employee will receive with discounted price in the range of 5% - 20%. Its normal and not a surprise

Bonus issue 1:4 what does that means? Every 4 shares entitle for 1 additional share.

E.g. if you have 1000 units will get additional 250 shares.

But the price will be adjusted down according to the value of 1/5 = 20% down. Meaning to say assuming on closing price on 15 Dec is RM1, the price will be adjusted to RM0.80 the next trading day.

Is this good? I guess yes, because in near term the share price expected to rebounce back to RM1 and you can gain 20% assuming if you bought at RM1.

Good dividend? Pls do your analysis how the dividend is calculated. The 8% dividend is based on current low price. Looking at past history the average dividend is somewhere between 3.5% - 5% (still not bad lah compare to bank). If the price remain below RM1 pls expect the overall dividend pay out to be less this year which will make up to 3%-4% range.
