i have commented before on uzma having cash flow problem. they had used up the 500million sukuk. now left with 500mil more.

once the new QR release, it's the end of sealink uptrend.

For years i thought right issues exercise is a good thing to the stock price, until what happened to Sapnrg changed my mind.

UZMA had used up the 2nd trench of sukuk totaling RM500mil. They are having serious cash flow problem.

It was not a coincidence that the 'overpayment' happened in 2017, just before the election. And who was the chairman at the time? I am not surprised if MACC is looking into the matter anytime soon. It is not just me who has this hunch but other ppl in the industry.

For me, the concern is not on the litigation itself, but rather on how the senior management overlooked on the overall project payments. This is a BIG blunder. I bailed out at 0.995. Just the right time.

If you read carefully, the litigation is that Uzma Engineering had overpaid to Khan and Kong for RM63+ mil. Meaning still got chance to regain RM63+ mil for service not done.

QR not so good may be.

i guess those who bet for construction counters to go up this week will be pissed off looking at so many oil counters going up.

why worry. budget 2020 will include incentive and special allocation for more renewal energy project including solar power farm.
