I do not want to bring hassle to him although he is my friend and my junior. I will try to update all information as completely as possible.

Of course Tguan is strong. Tguan price is stable and is not affected by MCO 3.0

Look at Tongher, its price from 2.51 on 9 April 2021 and now 3.18 on 11 May 2021. The share price increased 27% in one month. Good one.

Tongher and Tguan are in my watchlist and my babies because I knew these two more than 10 years when I was with KPMG.

Reason on why Tongher share price spikes:-

1) Price of steel or metal increase significantly;
2) Good result in Final Quarter which led to Final Dividend of RM0.15 per share;
3) Potentially good result for first quarter which led to TCWG to declared an Interim Dividend of RM0.05 per share

Ex-Date for 2) and 3) are same.

I strongly believe that Thong Guan will do something very soon, maybe during May 2021. Tonight, I will be attending the webinar and will have a meaningful questioning session with Mr. Alvin Ang.

MCO 3.0 is good to be implemented so as to contain or control the spread of Covid-19 virus.
Hopefully MCO 3.0 is effective in reducing the number of Covid-19 cases.

Short, Mid or Long Term Investment, TGUAN is undoubtedly a good counter.

Please do not forget the plant in SP is ongoing and will be completed and put in full operation in year 2026

Investors can have several options because of this good counter. Let me clarify to you, since your understanding is not GOOD at all.

Short Term - wait for QR report this month and sell when price spikes

Mid Term - to hold for 1-2 Quarters then sell in a better price after getting Dividends

Long Term - to hold for a period of 2-5 years as Tguan is a multibagger

Since beginning till now, I have never encouraged people to chase higher price.

SMART people will know your motive behind your comments here.

You will only comment when the price is down.

It is up down up down and purpose pushing down to RM2.41 just now to trigger anxiety. Syndicates might be successful already in collecting more tickets and now the price is going up gradually at RM2.47 (at 12.30 PM).

Eliminate those who is weak in trusting TGuan.

Those who are keen and strong believer in Tguan, you will be making good money in long run.

The recent plummet in price is possibly due to following reasons:-

1) Covid-19 cases spiked again recently which triggers anxiety

2) Quarter Result for 1 Jan 2021 till 31 Mar 2021 is going to be released soon and Syndicates plan to press down the price to collect cheap tickets from panic sellers.

I still believe the price will go up eventually. If you are worried, you may get rid of the screen and do not look at the price frequently.

Fundamental and value investment is the key.

The declaration of Final Dividend on yesterday (28 April 2021) of RM0.015 per share will definitely bring positive sentiments to Thong Guan. My gang is still very optimistic towards the quarter result which will be announced soon in May 2021. We are also very grateful of Thong Guan's willingness to share profit to shareholders even during this pandemic and when Thong Guan's operations were facing many obstacles during year 2020 and early year 2021.

Obstacles and challenges during year 2020 and year 2021:-

1) Covid-19
2) Increase in the price of raw materials such as resin
3) Depreciation of US Dollar
4) Disruption of Myanmar's operation due to political instability

Summary of prior year (Year 2020) Dividends' Declaration:-

18 May 2020 - RM0.020 per share
29 June 2020 - RM0.090 per share
19 August 2020 - RM0.020 per share
2 October 2020 - Bonus Issue of 1:1
18 November 2020 - RM0.010 per share (due to Bonus Issue of 1:1, rightfully this should be worth RM0.020 assuming no Bonus Issue at all for comparison from one entitlement to another)

Positive news during year 2021:-

28 April 2021 - RM0.015 per share

****due to Bonus Issue of 1:1 in October 2020, the Dividend per share is actually worth RM0.030 per share

****with so many obstacles and challenges during year 2020 and early of 2021, the declaration of the dividend of RM0.015 per share based on existing number of shares after the Bonus Issue (OR RM0.030 per share assuming no Bonus Issue) is actually a very big BONUS to all shareholders, we should feed contented and grateful because Thong Guan is actually very generous.

Potential positive matters in future during May - December 2021:-

1) Potentially, there will be more entitlements to Dividends to be declared by Thong Guan (might be same like year 2020 whereby there will be a marathon for Dividends' entitlements!)

2) Potentially, Thong Guan will announce future plan in 2-5 years to all shareholders and the plan will convert Thong Guan into a multibagger due to potential growth and development in business.

Tomorrow, I will expect Thong Guan share price to increase and May 2021 will be an exciting month for all shareholders. I believe and have strong faith in Thong Guan's top management. Please continue to have confidence in Thong Guan's leadership and direction for value creation.

1) Unlikely to FLY and High Likelihood to CLOSE RED

2) But got chance Thong Guan will go back to around RM2.65 +-

Based on the selling and buying pressure, my expectation and prophecy is that

1) Thong Guan will be closing RED; OR

2) Thong Guan price will go back only to RM2.65 plus minus there.

THong Guan will not be able to fly high to RM2.70 as the pressures as at 2.50 PM seems to give me this indication.
