You are right Connie. Waves are very subjective ya.. that's why I try to stick to counters that I know the waves & wait for recovery during corrections. Chances of it to go wrong is minimized.

Ok understood. Next question I wanna ask... small trader like me, max can only hold 1xx shares at anyone time. Say I spotted a counter, but not too sure yet. how would you position your trades initially so that dun have to utilise all fund & stuck there if wrong.

I would think it should be smaller as the price gets higher right?

TJ, yes I usually will tambah after breakout from resistance to average up my positions. I use pyramid method. But for profit taking... I have no strategy. Usually throw all if not 70% sekali gus :P

Self learning is good. Nothing wrong with that. I read, did own case study, draw zillion charts, experiment different tools, angles etc etc... analysed all possibilities before taking position. Not impulsive at all. But self learnt can still be lack of confidence, so always good to have e-kawans here to cross reference and reaffirm our readings. Betul?
