Mahsing bonus issue is 5 :1 which was good enough; Sunway issued right 3:1, need to purchase the right at 1.70; HuaYang is going to give 3 :1 bonus issue- no need to fork up $$, it's a good deal, the price should maintain or rise to uphold confidence!Remember, good stocks don't behave like rubbish stocks..

On 9 Jul, OSK Equity Holdings Sdn Bhd (OSKE) acquired
4.41% of OSK Holdings via direct business transaction and
open market.
 Post acquisition, OSKE together with Tan Sri Ong Leong
Huat and persons acting in concert hold a total of 36.72% of
OSK Holdings. Thus, it has triggered a Mandatory General
Offer (MGO) at an offer price of RM1.68.
 MGO is conditional upon major shareholder obtaining more
than 50% stake and the offeror intends to maintain the
listing status.
Comment  We view the offer price as not attractive given that the offer
price is significantly below its SOP of RM2.45 as well as
below the value of its 9.82% in RHB Cap which is worth
RM2.14.
 The major shareholder’s decision to add on its stake in the
company (which triggered the MGO) reflects its confident in
the value of the company.
 Moreover, given the intention of maintaining the listing
status, we believe the MGO is more a regulatory issue
rather than taking the company private.
 Thus, minority shareholders should not accept the offer.

sama aja...the superiority complex of government staff extend to this company.At LRT station,they just put a sign'Next Counter Please'when they have served X numbers of customers, at general hospital, the patients have to learn the facial expression of the doctors and nurses-AH PEK & ANTIE.. scared to displease them..they become very humble and careful..afraid of out of their displeasure give AH PEK & ANTIE the WRONG treatment...

GLC has been an obsolete acroynm, no garantee... is proven. i bought MAS based on this belief- owned by the government, how can it go bust? kesihan,....mesti TOLONG...

My personal experience to share a bit here: I bought some MAS stocks back in 2011@1.60, hoping that MAS could turnaround and soar as the press released good and positive outlook about this counter. However, the stock price kept sliding down, I cautiously peered at the target price from all sources: 0.90, so I quickly sold them @ 1.31 then. Now, i packed my little savings in a better counter and i am happy... stay away... don't get enctangled with croco..
