single tier dividend without withholding 25% tax is neat RM50 cash, holding is fine. 2013, it should be treasury stock buy back but OLH made an offer to buy back at 1.68. He is a bit not so dumb alrdy, winner and loser, who wants to be a loser?

OLH will cap the roof, he wont let it burst. Becareful, treasury stocks will give you odd lots and OLH is buying back your odd lots...haha, bonus issue is better..actually, OSK dividend is ok.

Datasonic dalam makluman kepada Bursa Malaysia hari ini berkata Kementerian Dalam Negeri mencadangkan agar melantik IMAN untuk melaksanakan pusat sehenti pelbagai perkhidmatan untuk menguruskan TKI di Malaysia bagi memastikan kecekapan dan keberkesanan.

"Perkhidmatan itu untuk tempoh tiga tahun dan secara automatik akan diperbaharui untuk dilanjutkan kepada tempoh satu tahun atau tempoh yang dipersetujui antara pihak terbabit. Ia akan memulakan operasi pada April," tambahnya.

Nilai perkhidmatan bergantung pada kerja sebenar yang dikeluarkan

Example, an investor bought 10,000 units in Dec 2012 @ RM2.00 only cost RM20k. KEPT until 2013 2:1 bonus issue, total accumulated units in July 2013 was 15,000 units. Still KEEPING until 5:1 split shares in Dec 2013, the investor would have got 75,000 units. 3.640 x 75 = 273,000. Deducting the cost of RM20k, still get RM253,000 profit on 4-4-2014 fullstop.

They have countless times of ESOS, employees $$ dried up, next where else to squeeze out some $$? Right issus ah?

IF the company made profit but the profit has never distributed to the shareholders nor reflected in the share price, then what is the use of buying this stock? It is unreasonable![unless your are his parents or doing charity] Most of the time, the campany's future or fortune is not shared by the shareholders', sell off and park on a more generous counter.. at least you are happier..haha

I intend to hold for years, top up when the price is weak, maybe sell some at goood price and the rest earn dividends, that's it. Not busy at all.
