I'm new to this counter, sad to hear what happen in the past, but we are talking about the future! If CNCQ acquisition is true and done deal, this counter got huge potential. I had checked the CNCQ website and history of the co, they had great success story in many Singapore construction and event property development. Coming into Malaysia is definitely their plan, just whether it is VIVOCOM or not.
Anyway, looking at the chart and downside. There is not much downside risk here, since the share price not even respond to the news at the moment.

Copper prices suddenly surged to a near one-month high Monday morning, but several on Wall Street were uncertain about exactly what caused the spike.

Copper futures for July delivery briefly leaped more than 2.5 percent around 9:31 a.m. EDT, hitting $2.6945 a pound, their highest since April 5. Copper traded about 2.3 percent higher as of 10:45 a.m.

It was the kind of move that typically comes when a single big piece of news hits, but traders were scratching their heads.

"I can't see any [headline] in particular," said Dane Davis, commodities research analyst at Barclays. He noted that a strike was set to begin Monday at Freeport-McMoRan's Grasberg mine in Indonesia and a weaker U.S. dollar supported copper's move higher.

Thousands of workers at the world's second-largest copper mine staged a rally on Monday ahead of a planned monthlong strike to protest layoffs, a union leader said in a Reuters report.

"The fact that it stayed high tells me something's happening, there's some news," he told CNBC. "This is sudden."

Copper rose 2.76 percent last week ahead of Monday's spike.

S&P Global Ratings has raised its 2017-2018 forecasts for copper and aluminum due to production curtailments, steady industrial demand and continued Chinese growth seen so far this year.

S&P Ratings analysts now expect aluminum to average $1,800/mt for the rest of 2017 and $1,800 in 2018 compared with $1,650 and $1,650, respectively.

Copper is expected to average $5,500 for the rest of 2017 and $5,500 for 2018, compared with earlier forecasts of $5,070 and $5,290, respectively. "Steady gains in aluminum, copper, and iron ore prices that started in late 2016 have continued for the most part," S&P Ratings analysts noted in a report released last Monday.

"In our view, this reflects a combination of improved supply conditions, notably production curtailment in China and strikes in Chile, amid steady growth in industrial demand," they said.

"Despite market concerns related to a slowing Chinese economy, we believe consumption will increase to an extent that should support currently favorable commodity prices generally in line with our assumptions."

and guess what? their business in CHINA just started to booming on last quarter.. again few data on CHINA consumer sector confidence level, how much Jack Ma earn on 双十一， and Mastercard business recording historical high on recent CNY expenses, the China market is recover on its growth!

Health and supplemental business is the current trend! whats more? BIOHLDG main focus market now is CHINA, INDONESIA, and of course locally.. what cross my mind is the business doesnt affected much by the unstable global political issues, or even the US rate hike

TP ? well as long as the business continue to growth and result strive, theres no harm to keep it longer..

why not choose mother back then? well mother is good , but just warrant is much attractive as growing stock seldom give out dividend since they need cash to growth, and they just give out bonus and right issues end of last year... so wil be unlikely to deliver those kind of benefit in near term

It all about risk management, BIOHLDG definitely a good business with right market and growth momentum.. when two weeks ago i posted here and recommended the WA instead of mother as you can see the gearing by that time giving much leverage power and gain
