SC will not simply suspend SD counter. Professionally SC will has to take positive decision. The problems are more on auditing small administrative issues that could be resolved between auditor and SD management earlier.

Expect the price will rebound after 4.30..

EPF only disposed small amount of shares. They still hold big number of shares. Their strategy to make ikan bilis panic and sell their shares to make share price drop.. They will recollect tru 3rd parties and then psuh the price up.. I suggest better collect now.. CMSB will rocket rebound anytime..

Why KPMG goes directly to the independent directors to present irregularities? And KPMG is fully aware that the daily business operations are not running by the independent directors. This is a simple internal control process that auditor should know...

The above presentation shows all irregularity reports are low level issues and should be resolved between KPMG and the Serba's management internally. Just irregularity with address, telephone number, cannot find office in Bahrin.., etc.. all administrative and low level issues. Nothing to do with fraud or wrong accounting matters.. Fresh graduate auditor also can do this type of irregularity reports. I don't see why its become big issues hence caused the share price dived to 62cents.

Serba's management has explained all discrepancies clearly but no further action taken by the KPMG to confirm the explanation. Why?

I suspect something @#$#@!#$%% is happening in KPMG.

From the above report I don't see any big issues in Serba. I suspect something not right in KPMG.. Or may be KPMG is now playing with time try to camouflage their unprofessional works with Serba..

Wowww... the above make me more confident that the share price will rebound.. This is KPMG problems NOT Serba..

This type of audit irregularity shall not punish Serba's buy pushing their price down to 62cents. I am not surprise the share price will rebound like rocket to >RM1.00 very soon.

Karim and Kadier will not use their nominee to manipulate.. If SC catch them doing this.. they are finish.. They already face problem with audit issues..
