I am very happy if SD can offer me to be one of their independent director. I can prepare a special secret recipe to create market confidence and put back SD's internal control in place. Haa.. haa.. haaa...

I believe same mistake done by the auditor that has cause SD stoke crash..
This is a very simple theory.. The SD managers running their business daily and familiar with their operations well.. But the auditor just come in for 2-3months and at the end making finding conclusion without referring or accepting explanation from the business/operation expert.

In court later, I am not surprise if the SD lawyer will check-mate auditor same like Carillion's case.

SD still has very strong business foundation.. especially with local oil n gas companies.

I am still with my opinion that the auditor is not professionally handle their job which can be resolved at early stage by highlighting the silly issues to the SD's management. If the auditor do this, I am sure the SD price still at >RM1.60. We don't know whose agenda behind this issues..

We know more price limit down next week but we don't know how deep.. depend on how many million of shares thrown by EPF and other giants including the directors..

Maybe we can buy back at below 20sen and keep for long term i.e. 6-7months. I am confident SD will rebound back to >RM1.50 but not now. I estimate will get back to RM1.50-1.70 in Nov-Dec 2021. But we no lose if we can keep 100,000-200,000 at 15-20cents per shares. Profit 10X after 5-6months.

I agree with rr88. At this current situation we have to wait for next 2-3 months to get the actual/corrected financial/audited report. We don't know what will happen in between. Kita kena paham... haa.. haa.. haaa...
