The matter is fixed for case management on 17 March 2022 and hearing on 24 May 2022.

SE doing BZ but why dependable on others... sustenance to stand and benefit from ROI? claimed to be No2 global players etc etc..but reality depicts the other way.

PNB 2019 with 39.6% holding....billions RM involved till now nothing of beneficial to PNB or even PNB investors though it merely eats up 1% of PNB total value assets for stalemate 3 yrs ++++. Paper loss in billions.
PNB goodwill to SE..but 0 ROI...... instead stucked heavily into the mud...of nothing in return for investors PNB....Sifu like PNB at times miss calculated likely hidden hand magic wands manipulative acts.... why never learnt from this episode . Might as well, that amount of monies better off invested into many other good ROI of O&g listed companies are avail . look at the data of ROE...ROA ..ROC 5 years span.... even after injection fund 2019.......no significant betterment ..not looking good ..... reality. 1 yr span for restruct ...SOA time frame.. .etc .could it make it?

Simply usage of public funds unnecessarily and knowing the calculated risk of success below 49% is kamikaze and commit suicide. ...especially towards goodwill is wrongful act... The managements of the same too are responsible for fiduciary obligations and due diligent to the investors..
