Now , oil production is 2900 bpd. In 2H 2018, oil production is 3900 bpd. In 3rd Qtr 2019, oil production is 12,000 bpd ( with the completion of the CPF ) . Those owings with corporate shareholder can be easily settled, YLR33. Futhermore, brent price is moving uptrend strongly. Iran sanction will be effectively on in 4 th Nov 2018.

Hi hairi, Hibi was older Reach by 3 years. Hibi was listed on 25 July 2011, Reach was listed on July 2014. Hibi only started to make profit in 2017 AR, ie 6 years after listing while Reach started making profit in Aug 2018 ie about 4 years later. So very difficult to compare between Hibi and Reach. Both are SPAC . One is off shore while the other is on shore . However, as of now both make money and both are debt-free. It is good to see these two stocks moving together .

I have been studying this counter for more than 1 year. The main reason I did not buy at that time was the oil production is not big enough to cover the cost and admin expenses. Now with 2900 bpd , Reach make net profit. This oil production will improved to 3900 bpd in the 2 H this year , and by 2019, with CPF , the oil handling capacity is 12,000 bpd.

Franklim1989, my tp is 50s mid term , long term RM 1.10 , The most important issue here is the oil production at 2900 bpd , brent price at 70 pb, Reach can make net profit already. The next important factor is the debt free position.

Reach is better than Hibiscus because the oil is onshore hence do not need to pay for decommisioning of the oil drill later .

Production now is 2900 bpd, in the coming Qtr it will be 3900 bpd, hence the revenue will increased from RM 67.67 m to RM 91 m
