This share is so under valued , with the termination of BM , it unlocked higher potential of Ekovest .

Currently all mega projects is dead , raw material price increase , nobody is looking for corporate offices .

It’s a smart move the withdraw out their cash without paying penalty . Right now they have more available funds to invest to the right business.

For me a win win situation , if they continue with this BM , the company will go bankcrupt within 3 years.

Termination on bandar malaysia would be a good for now , at least there is no penalty being paid especially termination of HSR. Without HSR , bandar malaysia is not a good development.
