shinningstar, after the disposal of MAAT, MAAG's NA is 2.01 with zero borrowings. So if its share price were to adjust downwards to 0.80, MAA shares are still very undervalued. Its cash pile still be able to provide the monies for future dividends IF the BOD still generous to give to the share holders!

Not many stocks < RM1.00 in Bursa pays 6 sen dividend . MAA is one of the very few! In due time it will go back to the 1.50 level.

1.03 is a very strong resistance. Check back 2011 many got caught at this price!
