EY will not be the auditor of Serba. They will act as an independent reviewer only.

This might be a good thing but this also sends signals that KPMG was correct right from the beginning when they themselves requested for an IR way earlier before.

SD have finally, knowingly or unknowingly, complied to KPMG's request.

We'll see how the whole saga pans out.

I don't know what the final outcome will be but for one I quite confident that this EY and KPMG thingy will be a very interesting case that will be talked about for years to come.

EPF disposed 2,0350,000 shares on 23rd June.

So they've disposed around 87.7 million shares this month alone so far.

At least the shareholders can sleep earlier tonight regardless whatever may come tomorrow LOL.

Since there's nothing to hide, Abdul Karim should manage to appoint E&Y latest by Friday and have an audience with the IIC asap.

I think this is the quickest and perhaps one of the best ways to prevent from another free fall.

KPMG as an external auditor had violated code of conduct and it professional in red flag the case to public without checking the case 1 by 1 with internal auditor... I will buy in 200,000 to support my own view... As soon as i see any company appointed KPMG as external auditor, i will sell all my stock...

If Serba can announce new appointments and their auditor tomorrow or on Tuesday, maybe there's hope for them and their shareholders, at least those things can act as cushions rather than falling straight on the floor.

SD need to act super fast or RSS might have a field day(s) with this one.

It has been confirmed that tomorrow won't be the last day of MCO.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, SD is still a brand name and they should just hire E&Y and get things done with. It would not be a comfortable ride and they might end up like Sapura, but that's hundred times better than ending up like OilCorp or Transmile.

And don't forget net cash RM9.7million from operations.

1.38B -> 112.5m -> 9.7m.

It's okay. Learn your lesson and move on. There are many other counters you can choose from.

I've faced 100% loss with Silverbird warrants before. Bought at 0.005 and I was too greedy queueing it for sell at 0.015 when there were already many takers at 0.01 in its final month. Alas I could only watch it burned in front of my eyes when it was too late and there was nobody who was willing to buy from me at 0.005 LOL!
