Just get E&Y and sort this out. Serba is still a huge name despite its current controversy. It might take a long haul to repair the damage but it's still doable.

The longer this drama drags on, the sooner the door will be closed.

That RM500m PP really played a big part in beautifying Serba's report.

EPF's total investment assets currently stand at Rm981 billion.

Even if they sell their 317 million Serba shares at 10sen per piece, it won't matter much to their whole portfolio.

Even my friend who's a top BNM exec was called in for a meeting with the top guns regarding Serba's case with KPMG. Nothing conclusive yet but her manager did say this reminds him of Transmile.

For the sake of our friends in here, I hope it won't follow that route.

EPF's total investment assets are approximately RM981 billion. Yes, billion.

Even if they sell their remaining 317 million Serba shares at 10 sen a piece, they will still have 99.99967% of their assets for investments, but you surely can't say the same for small retailers aka ikan bilis.

The signs are clear regarding Serba's direction, at least technical-wise. If you couple it with the current sentiment, I don't know how long they can put up with this fight.

EPF have sold close to 50 million Serba shares in the span of 7 days, starting from 15th June to 21st.

If they repeat this feat 4 times, that would bring their direct holding from 8.57% down to ~4.3%.

The price isn't that bad so far considering the denial from SC and Bursa.

Although it closed in green, the fact that it closed 5 sen lower than its highest price indicates that the selling pressure is greater than its buying counterpart. This is a bearish signal from a technical POV.

0.645 would be the minimum price to suggest it's on a trend reversal. The thing about Serba is that its sentiment on auditing issue engulfes its TA and FA, so even TA can be thrown out of the window when dealing with SD.

Let's see what they have for us in their Youtube Live session. Hopefully it would be something good for the shareholders.

And I was correct, a technical rebound was about to happen but this self-claimed guru monkey-donkey hybrid chartist couldn't even see it, and I'm not even that good in TA LOL!

0.645 isn't that far away.

Not necessarily, it depends on the closing price too.

0.61 will still end it in green but when you look at the whole picture; lowest at 0.565 and highest at 0.675, it tells us that the selling pressure is greater than its buying counterpart.

I'm not a purist when it comes to chart and patterns but buying vs selling pressure is one I tend to monitor.
