company usually need time to integrate those new acquire business into their company.

from what they write in pp proposal, they need cash to expand and fully maximize India n Hk, expanding company usually will fall in debt. as long as good debt then should be fine.

Every new company acquire need sometime to maximize output, same for krono newly acquired HK + India Quantum. So this PP looks reasonable. Yes PP will dilute outstanding shares but i think is much better than PP for paying debts =P

Btw, Q1 EPS should be 1.21 but not 0.61 which is 157% growth compare to Q1 2017. EPS show 0.61 just because company took part of the profit for share grant plan. If you analyst Q1 2018 u will find their profit actually is start to booming. 2018 will be a booming year for kronology.
