i think SD is forget, Auditor is external party to monitor the company operation and financial... investor will depend on the auditor report to justify the company performance...

Yes.. SD already start action.. i do asking my audit friend about this case.. some of them said need to check the process on the audit cannot just see the end result.. SD case very hot all my audit friend discuss on it.. but they said seldom a company director dare to challenge and audit back the audit firm.. this could be first time..
