Its related to the crude index shown bullish momentum although not yet surpass previous high..look at crude index hourly chart..maybe at noon can come to previous daily high and maybe afternoon we can see more movement in this stock..

However once again there is no confirmation it will go up just from TA only. I agree with your statement mr LKOH, nothing is certain in stock.
