This is what will be the future business next 12 months post covid 19. This could be the reason why - three rights share for one held. Meaning that each share, upon distribution, will be reduced to a quarter of its value - not to mention the warrants (two for three rights held). If the share is now 24sen, after rights it will be about 6 sen in equivalent value. How much will be warrant then be priced? How much actually is the share valued at right now - fundamentally?

Just a few days ago, on BFM, they announced that they are concentrating on pre-school education which transcends national barriers and geographical limits. It means the company is looking beyond the lucrative Malaysia market and it is already in kiasu Singapore. With earnings in USD, and rising demand for education at a younger age, you can roughly plot your profitability of this stock. One cant deny that the owners are pretty smart and not depending on local market. As for its stock, I do have confidence that it will be moving up soon. The price to test is 0.24. If it breaks this, then it is above the cloud.
