Fitters is rewarding the loyal share holders with handsome returns. Well just dont be too over confidence tomorrow, initially will gap up but will have selling towards end of day. But i am still hoping for the best due to this good news!

first rule : there is no such thing as free items in this world! Even for Menang wb, the mother share has to be deducted 11sen down the next day ( free warrants 1:2, the mother adjusted from 1.30 -> 1.19 on July 4th). So this applies, theoretically to Amprop too.

Once u have the RCPS, u can trade in the open market and the share price be listed as Amprop -PA. It can head north or south from 50sen.

U have to read the Bursa website, there are many other explanations per regarding the preference shares eg the conversion price at a certain duration and other stuffs.

Amprop : RCPS of 1 for every 2 Amprop shares held at an issue price of 50sen each. This stock will be given to u at no cost ( but will be deducted 25sen from mother price). Scheduled to be completed at Q3 2014. This preference shares is valid 5 years and u can either opt to sell it or convert to mother at ratio 1:2. There will be yearly interest payment ( i think abt 3%) annually for each of preference shares held.

Up till now, Fitters had given a dividends of 4 sen since Jan 2014. I think it will give more this August. RM 1,50 shall not be impossible

no, the exercise price means how much money that u need to top up on top of the current warrants price to be converted to mother price. Eg menang wb now 49 sen and exercise price rm1.00, means u will " buy" mother at 1.49.

Now menang warrrants are a bit pricey with premium of 30% vs mum.. Therefore i had sold all mine at 49-52sen this morning already, will accumulate if it falls below 30sen
