The price of topglove keep coming down is really nothing to do with it valuation. Its not that it doesnt worth the price it is currently are, but purely because of RSS. Any stock over a period of RSS, will come down.. This really show that IB is controlling the stock...purposely want it to come very very low. 1) a doctor can become guru is just 2 years studying from their guru
2) an accountant only see number, he dont even have business experience, how he know how to predict what is coming in the future.

DannyArcher, i agree with you. Only newbies investor keep believing TG is undervalue. TG is no doubt a good company. No doubt. i also believe TG is good company. but the price is overvalue at the current moment. As a clever and expert investor, i only invest when its really undervalue.

Before pandemic = production 60 billion annually = NP 115m
This year end = production 112 billion annually = NP 115 x 2 = 230 millin

yearly Earning = 230million x 4 = 920 million
EPS = 920 million / 8207 million = 0.112099
Price = 0.112099 x PE15 = 1.68

Its simple math, and is fundamental that everyone is refering too....

--> TG normal PE = 15

The EPS = 4/15 = 0.2666
Yearly NP it should achieve is = 2.18 billion (this is net profit, not revenue)
Average out quarterly = 547-million (this is every quarter need to earn this much)

Before Pandemic, every quarter earn around 115million NP. That time production only 60billion. by this year end the production is up to 112billion. By right, the straight forward calculation NP will be only = 115m x 2 = 230mliion. Its only 230 million NP per quarter.

You see, now for all the funda believer. After pandemic, with the production up to 112billion, you only got 230 million net profit per quarter. It is no way close to 547-million. If you want the price to stay at 4.00, TG need to earn 547 million per quarter. But after pandemic, ASP drop to normal, then how 112 billion production can give you net profit 547 million per quarter ???? how ????

That is why u see the price of TG keep dropping like madness. because everyone knows, its IMPOSSIBLE for TG to earn more than 230million per quarter after pandemic. The most can earn is only 230 million per quarter.

If you use 230 million for each quarter as calculation, the fair price for TG stock is only "RM-1.68"
Only worth 1.68..
