Dear valued clients,

Due to Covid-19 outbreak, no one will know what is the impact on KLSE.
I had looked at all the index charts carefully for the last few days, I noticed that KLSE is going to be bearish in the short term.
If you read my last weekly report correctly, you can notice that I only called for 4 stocks to buy despite slightly bullish KLSE market outlook.
The technical charts of many good stocks are slowly turning ugly, there are more sellers than buyers now.

My strategy
1. I will start to reduce position, those not performing stocks are slowly cut off.
2. I will cut loss if the share price falls below critical support. Please read "cut loss" level in my weekly report.
3. I will review some of the stocks in my watchlist. Some stocks will be removed later.
4. Wait for TA to turn bullish, then we will return.

Sectors to focus
1. I will focus on the below sectors in 2020.
2. Power plant - I believe Jaks will perform very well in 2020/21.
3. Oil and Gas maintenance players - Penergy and Carimin are still good, TA is bearish temporary.
4. Oil and Gas sectors - I think Armada and Icon are good. TA is bearish temporary.
5. Technology stocks - Will look at a few additional stocks.
6. Growth stocks - Will update.
