It's partner, Pesaka Astana (M) Sdn Bhd, secured a contract yesterday from the Ministry of Defence to supply 300 vehicles, an industry source told Bernama. "Each vehicle will cost RM400,000. Pesaka will undertake the job with Takaso Resources," the source said on condition of anonymity. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Jan 4, Takaso Resources said it had entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration with Pesaka Astana "to negotiate further on project collaboration with Pesaka Astana." Pesaka Astana with 20 years linked buz. with Mindef . Logically, Pesaka won't simply give other company except Takaso to fulfil the jobs together gather as anything involved govt army is national security and secrecy. Any sharp drop in Takaso share pce is an opportunity to buy . Looking back 3 mths, it's pce was hovering around 0.24c to 0.35c . Since it was drop below 0.30c we can queue collecting btw 0.245 to 0.265 . But of coz contra is not advisable here since they will kill by sharks and dinosours . Not logic for co. that can get huge contract (partner) fr govt it's share pce will fall and fall again. This is all played by sharks and retailer's panic selling. no worries...u can see the trend already...come on guys, don ever blame on that...TP is at 0.70...when price increase everyone happy, but did u ever think of exiting once u get earnings rather than blame this and that...don be greedy, money is for everyone and not everyone can take it...jus don be greedy...TP still remains at 0.70..

Last week, Deleum announced that it has accepted an offer to purchase a 50% stake in NSE Resources Corp, a company involved in the supply of specialty chemicals and renewable energy for a tentative consideration of RM21.3m. Financial details have yet to be disclosed but we expect synergistic benefits from the said acquisition. We maintain our BUY recommendation and look forward to further details on this deal. We value Deleum at RM2.39/share based on FY13 P/E of 8.2x which is inline with the group’s peak cycle average P/E.
 We highlight that Deleum is expected to pay out 13.2sen in dividends by end FY12, translating to a net yield of 6.9%. This is based on a 48% net payout ratio which the group has consistently been paying in previous years. Going into FY13, we expect the dividend yield to increase to 7.3%. Hi guys, just want to ask, is it possible when dealers or remisiers just park at selling column with hugh volume but it is just dummy selling i.e when retailers eat the seller's pce and the sell vol becoming lesser they withdraw the earlier trx to avoid 'done' trx. I mean they just provoke us with the hugh selling volume. Just need ur valuable opinion...smiles... b4 make decision to buybackma!!!!!!!!!

1. the Board has discussed the possibility of a fund raising exercises for working capital requirements which is still in the stage of finalising the terms;
2. the Board has held a preliminary discussion with certain potential parties on proposed debt settlement, of which details have not been finalised and is yet to be approved by the Board and the appointment of advisers for such a proposal has also not been finalised at this juncture; and
