I second to your opinion except for hope that the opposition parties will be able to gain enough of seats to rule and change the existing policies, in the next general election.

@kfng8168 of course is nice, their COS, admin, other expenses etc is higher compare to PY means they contribute more to the learning of society (85% to our country) rather than charging expensive learning sets and taking profits that would only benefit certain group of students :) On a serious note, the historical result should be temporary and there might be a chance that this counter would be flying high.
