Results Review
We were pleasantly surprised by Sapura Energy’s FY17 earnings, which came in above ours and consensus estimates. Going forward, earnings would be driven by its engineering & construction (E&C) and drilling segments, and supported by its MYR16.7bn orderbook.

Gas production at SK310 B15 is due to start in 4Q17, adding a recurring earnings stream for the group.

Maintain BUY recommendation with higher TP of MYR2.25 (from MYR2.05, 24% upside) as we adjust our E&C orderbook assumptions, and production profile for its oil production.
