（吉隆坡21日讯）纳英真德拉（NAIM，5073，主要板房產）核心业务稳健，带动截至6月底次季净利劲起逾2倍，从908万令吉增至2876万令吉；首半年净利按年增1.5倍至1亿2458万令吉。

　该公司向马证交所报备，早前脱售联营公司部分股权获利6170万令吉，另外核心业务的建筑与房地產也持续录得改善，带动整体表现。

　不过，次季营业额按年减少14.5%至1亿5811万令吉；首半年营业额微跌0.5%至3亿1216万令吉。
