ADVANCECON n HSSE both under small and medium cap. Capital around 301-306M.
Potential upside.

ECONPILE from medium cap around 1.471M. One day may be surpassed n under big cap (I.e. 2B)- medium to long term.

KERJAYA now is above 2B and classify as big cap.

Imo- 3rd quarter theme shall be selected construction companies despite IT.

3. Chances to grab more major infrastructure developments turnkey or design and build projects from feasibility study, preliminary concept design, supervision (pre & post) and maintenance contract .

4. BIM services.

Top management are hand on like Econpile and Kerjaya. Good team works and repeated order booked secure from reputable clients/ developers.
