estimate PE= approx. 8.9 based on today closing price at 91sen.

Noticed less than a month duration, the total combined WA shares of 13.3897M WA has been subdivision of shares. It generate an extra conversion amounting to RM 5.356M.

IMO- the range of RM 24.616M a year probably/ may be achievable based on my own assumption that the main segment contribution from Klin Drying, Lamination & Sawmill & processing & manufacturing wood including China Lim co-partner in which their strong online order book on double 11 with RMB 980M cum new venture production for US export kitchen cabinet & warerobe business as cited in 9shares. Refer also to Prospects as stated in B3-1QR announced today.

3 majors’ announcement recently: -
a) Disposal of all shares by CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad for Kenanga Growth Fund
b) New shareholder with 10.122% stake purchased by Mr Koh Poh Seng (founder and major shareholder for KPSCB), with similar nature of business.
c) Appointment of new young Executive Director.

From early July to 23rd July, Sernkou’s closing price was drop from 49.5 Sen to 44.5 Sen. However, it closing price rebound from 24th July to 23rd August, traded from 54 Sen to 59 Sen and closed at highest price at 59 Sen last Friday. Today closing price is 58.5 Sen despite DJI drop 623 pts last Friday.

After completion of their two factories acquisition located at Gua Musang (17 acres- 100% occupancy) & Kuala Krai (30 acres- 30% occupancy) respectively, believe kiln drying & sawmill and plywood production seems to be another potential segment to enhance company growth and profit on top of their other positive contribution segments from manufacturing, processing & trading.

Anticipate PAT for the total financial year 30th June 2019 should be much better than financial year 30th June 2018 (PAT at RM 11.824M) in line with better demand, strong USD currency, trade war, efficiency, productively, QA & QC etc.

Also, chart indicated a good uptrend signal and IMO should be above 64 Sen.

Patient shall be the key factor to invest for this turn around company, as similar to my recommendation to buy Yinson on early Feb/ March 19.

IMO let wait and see after 10am announcement by PM today in respect of the new supplementary agreement of ERCL.

Recently it break the resistant support price at RM 1.52 after 6.5 mths duration n IMO the next target price shall be btw RM 1.75 to RM 1.85 after consideration of special dividend plus recent 4.25sen dividend with ex-date on 26/6/19.

Entitlement portion of splash payout for KPS is RM570M (i.e 30% x RM 1.9B) + RM 195M (in 9 years instalment. ...etc).
