LTAT is a pension fund for soldiers and hold almost 60% of Bstead. Few years back they gave about 16% dividend to its military members contribution when Bstead was giving about 25% dividend. Now LTAT gives only 2.5 - 3.5% dividend and the soldiers are not happy. The government is worried hence the change of CEOs. Now LTAT finds that a big chunk of its fund is invested in one listed company that don't give any dividend is not wise.

NOW IF YOU ARE THE NEW CEO, WHAT DO YOU THINK LTAT WILL DO. PUT EX-GENERALS AS BOD THAT CAN'T DO ANYTHING OR SELL PART OF ITS HOLDINGS TO A THIRD PARTY THAT WILL GENERATE CASH AND INVEST SOMEWHERE THAT WILL GIVE BETTER DIVIDENDS?
