On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 19 August 2020, approved the listing and quotation of up to 300,941,967 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-

i. mTouche and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

ii. mTouche and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

iii. mTouche to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

iv. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees as per Rule 6.16 of the Listing Requirements for its review, prior to the issuance/ allotment of the Placement

Something is brewing. UOBKH based in Singapore is vesting in Tech stocks. Likely with 5G implementation, we can only be optimistic that MTouche would be the next big thing
