（吉隆坡18日訊）德達飛訊集團（DSONIC，5216，主板貿服組）股價在過去6個交易日內上漲近40%，創上市以來新高，興業研究認為，該公司股息可能有驚喜，同時在政府可能強制性要求民眾更新大馬卡情況下，投資者可能已開始留意該公司潛能，決定上調其目標價。
興業估計即將在本月杪公佈的第四季業績符合預期。
下跌26仙
德達飛訊股價走高，已經引來交易所詢問股價異動原因。該公司股價週一漲26仙，今日繼續揚升，一度漲27仙或9%至3令吉44仙，創下2012年9月上市以來新高；交易所詢問後，股價開始回吐，2週來首度下跌，並以2令吉91仙作收，全天跌26仙。
德達飛訊回應交易所詢問表示，對股價走高原因不知情。“我們會繼續尋求商業機會以拓展業務和改善盈利，一有成果會做出公佈。”
配合這項回應，該公司股票午盤暫停交易1小時，3時30分恢復交易。
28日公佈第四季業績
興業表示，德達飛訊將於本月28日公佈第四季業績，相信全年淨利介於8千萬至8千100萬令吉，符合市場預期，主要因估計該公司在2013年成功遞送650萬張大馬卡。
興業最近走訪國家註冊局（NRD）時，對自願將舊大馬卡轉換至新大馬卡的民眾數量感到驚喜，而且透露許多民眾是在舊卡未出現問題即自願換卡，顯示民眾可能已普遍預測政府將強制要求民眾轉換舊卡。
“我們相信這種預期將成為該股推動力，若政府最終強制轉換大馬卡，德達飛訊必然是最大受惠者。”
股息或有驚喜
同時，興業雖預測該公司將宣佈派發每股0.9仙第二次中期股息，卻不排除隱藏股息驚喜的可能性，主要因相信管理層可能考慮回饋股東。
整體而言，興業認為德達飛訊未來展望無懈可擊，加上流通量改善，決定上調目標價至3令吉36仙，相等於2014財政年23.5倍預測本益比，重申“買進”評級不變。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：李三宇）

KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank IB Research has maintained a "buy"
call for oil and gas company Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd, one of three bidders for a Saudi Arabia Transportation and Installation (TandI) job.

In a research note today, it said the contract win would be announced by end-February and the job would be a major boost to sentiment, earnings and franchise value of Barakah, potentially adding RM50 million to RM70 million per annum to its net profit.

"Barakah's fundamentals are intact. Based on the RM2.3 billion order backlog, it offers a visible three-year earnings compound annual growth rate of 34 per cent, driven largely by the Petronas TandI package A," it said.

Maybank IB Research has maintained its RM1.85 target price for Barakah. -- BERNAMA
