“Tweezers Bottom” pattern, white candlestick and ‘hook-up” oscillators signal potential restoration of uptrend and strong buying strength. Simultaneously, downtrend breakout in hourly chart provides ammunition to buying momentum.
Further upsides are targeted at RM0.355, RM0.37, and RM0.395. Immediate support is pegged at RM0.32. Cut loss below RM0.30.

Towering job wins ahead
The worst is over with VOs and high O&G startup costs being a thing of the past.
Targeting a record high new job wins in FY15, set to beat the previous record of RM1.7bn in FY10.
YTD job wins at RM618m, at least another RM1.1bn worth of contract wins in the next 10 months.
Maintain BUY, TP: RM0.83. Past hiccups are cured and new job wins are set to scale towering heights.

Post 1QFY15 Results Meeting
From our recent company visit, we came away feeling more confident and have reaffirmed our positive stance on the company’s future prospects.
1QFY15 was a seasonally weaker quarter.
Its expansion plans are on schedule. We believe a Chinese publisher would be the next M&A target given that Sasbadi does not have market presence in National-Type Schools (Chinese).
Huge upside from its online segment. Also launched its ‘interactive bookmark’ during Baca World 2015 exhibition. We expect more exciting products to be launched this year.
Tweak earnings by 6-7% as we take into account higher contribution from the print publication and online segment.
Upgrade to BUY, with higher TP of RM2.06 based on 15x CY15 EPS or 50% discount to average P/E of education sector due to Sasbadi’s lower market capitalisation.
