Look at Tebrau ,LBS, Incken.. They are cheap stock with high P/E last time. People just trade them for short term gain. But now their share price has increase tremendously. Becoz they have prime land bank which bought at very low cost. Land is a good investment.

The past results can't represent the future. Look at the company development now.after disposal of land for RM83.5 million, it will be sitting in net cash position soon. It may reward the shareholders with higher dividend. Besides,it has valuable lland bank in Damansara Perdana..See who will laugh until the end.:)
