The management need to decide whether it's beneficial to dispose off LBC land. If not worth the effort, they can always continue developing it.

Was a bit surprise to read about the maiden project in Kluang, Johor which they target to launch in 2018.

The report did mention about 3 development projects for 2017.
1) Ativo Suites (GDV RM 550 mil) - launch in Q2 2017 (bet you all have received the sales preview invitation together with the AR)
2) Tower 1 of TA3 & 4 (GDV RM 694 mil) - target launch in 2nd half 2017
3) Dutamas project (GDV RM 482 mil) - target launch in Q1 2018
If they deliver what they promise, this counter will start to get more attention.

Read the AR, looks like 2017 onwards it's getting more and more exciting...

Will need to find out how's their sales so far in AGM.

Another round of sales preview happening this Sat & Sun for Ativo Suites by invitation.

The management sure will update shareholders during AGM. Let's wait and see what's coming. Personally would want this deal to materialize.

According to JK, there should be launching in mid of the year (Ativo Suites) and also development for the land opposite KLCC. Sure they need cash for these projects.

Thanks singh1 for the news update and thoughts sharing. If JK sticks to what he mentioned, it will keep TAGB's momentum going. This stock is undervalued for too long and it really tests those who believe in it.

Gearing wise - totally agree with your comment as valuation of the properties in current market needs to be taken into consideration. Those properties purchased before has increased in value but people still taking old numbers for comparisons.

I am also thinking of the possible JV for Little Mountain in Canada. Let's see how it goes.

@JamesPond, agree with you. For this co, things weren't going well due to unclear direction. Market is right by valuing the co at its current price. I think the BOD sees that as well. As such, the newly appointed CEO should be doing his best to change things. It's not an easy task to build a building in Vancouver, Canada and working with Trump. Let's see what Tiah junior can achieve. Only time will tell.
