Everybody is waiting for distribution. Have been adding into my portfolio as it's a good investment to me.

Also improved USD rate which lowers its borrowing payments.

With lower gearing n improved bottom line, this counter will release its value soon.

It would be nice to see it breaks 40 sen next week.

That's the reason for share price's non movement in the past few years. 2017 was slightly better after Trump's victory in 2016 but still up for 10+ sen only. Their fundamentals are improving with new CEO on board since 2016. It's all about timing and we shall see.

They sure will distribute but don't know when. Till then, share price will remain low.

Guys, take a look at JK's interview with The Edge. Apart from TA 3 & 4, Dutamas, he also mention about Nova Square and Kluang project.

If they can make 5 sen eps for FY17, this stock is trading at PE of 7.3 (share price 36.5 sen) now. If PE is 10 = 50 sen, PE is 15 = 75 sen.

When will it breaks 40 sen?

Yup did ask him during EGM. They have got the necessary approvals for TA 3 & TA 4 therefore no impact on this project.

If for other developer, such good sales sure advertise like mad in the media.

Agree with supersamy as TT just want you all to sell cheap to him. Once he accumulated enough, it's time to go up. Don't think he will let the price down for long unless he wants to buy more.

It's not point raising a child without properly educating him/her. You are just creating another problem to yourself and the society.

To singh1 and supersamy,, know what we are doing it's very important. Time will tell... I am confident too as now JK is managing the company.
