I believe many investors caught off-guard by this unscrupulous director by using the tactic exercising Esos 11 sen then sold abt..5 sen ' and to add salt to injury he deploy another latest tactic 'Delay Accounting ' to suppress to an unbeliever low price for his accomplice to buy.
This cunning director not only take salary, remuneration but also manipulate the shares.
Any way, we minority share holders need to wait for AR2015 , 2 months only mah!

If Msport is a shell company, the Taiwanese will the first one to throw. Why still 30sen ?

Mr Paramjit n Mr Erwin, combining stakes 21%. Both just need to buy another 12% to trigger takeover.

I believe the I3 investors are all smart investors ,they are willing to take low risk but high gain. Investing in shares is just like doing business.There is always a risk.

Why so worry of accounting delay? My observation is that this is one of the tactic used by the insiders. to panic the uninformed investors. I believe the margin investors are flush out if they margined to the limit . .Actually , as a investors, we have to worry abt company in huge debt , no cash flow n lost money . This company don't have this issues mah! I believe the sellers must be not from i3 investors.

Many investors say Msport is a fraud company. But when I asked them what the company doing? The answer I don" know. n my remisers said don't buy, without any further illustration. The news paper or medias also say so. So u see very bad reputation. Is Msport that bad, worth only now 3 sen, cheaper then a roll of toilet paper. Ridiculous right ? And becos of this bad publicity create opportunity for the syndicates to batter to extremely low beyond anybody imagination.

For your information, this company existing for 7 yrs, n making money all the time except 2015. only small loss. Why small loss? I think many people don't know. The small loss is due to CAPEX. for venturing in new business i.e. the Apparel n Accessory. This small loss is understandable if u r a businessman. It takes sometime to recover your capital right? Will the company suspend on due date nobody know for sure . With advance accounting software, nowadays .who know they can produce on time. .So don' t panic selling & remember ,the 2 big new investors until now not even sell a single share.

Accounting software are so advance nowadays, possibility of producing AR2015 on last minute. Even if they cannot do it on time, the most we wait only 2 months mah ! We think of risk reward. Low risk but high reward.

A stock to watch n ponder, why I say so becos a seemly good counter selling 3.5sen cheaper than a roll of toilet paper , ridiculous right!
So what must u do ?

I go through the bursa web site to see any news, wow! another announcement , suspension of trading. This time date given. The toilet bowl is still dirty I thing, so they need another flush up.
I understand a lot of retail players got stuck in this counter , no more bullets to buy . I give u the mantra. shift counters. . I am using this mantra to further buy. Low risk but high gain. Pls don't follow me if u cannot afford to lose.

Just now, I did a ROIC calculation base on AR 2014 , I found its ROIC is 19%. not bad mah.

Mr Paramjit n Mr Erwin , both are our saviour . Mr Paramjit can put Mr Lin in jail if they is any dicrepancies

Cutting loss is a good strategy to reduce further loss, that I agree.But not at this price, It not prudence to sell at this level.We have to live through downside. Those who got bullets, can afford to lose n can take risk , why not buy? No risk no gain. Always remember, buy at your own risk.Don"t jump at me if the thing go haywire. I am also taking risk but I believe the risk is very very,very low. For kaki contra pls avoid. Malaysia is like a time bom like what DAP Mr Lim Kit Siang. Non stop issues. Happy investing.

Msport is one of the good examples for newbies, don't ever play margin. A seemly good company can drop until so low beyond our belief.Cantonese saying Tik Gan Ken. To be exact abt 96% dropped from the peak 88sen to low 3.5 sen. Can put in the China Guinness Record.
Investors who read n take heel of Mr KC CHONG's advice abt. margin to the limit , should be very thankful to him for his valuable articles.

Malaysian investors are very frighten of China businessman ,they said they are conmen. But I don'T blame them becos of wide bad publicity. Why they did it? ,self interest.So far I don't see any Red chips delisted. But I have noticed so many listed malaysian companys delisted, easily 100 companys if I am not mistaken, in my years of investing.The Bursasaham Malaysia should be responsible becos they don't action again the Directors involved for C.B.T. . Take for example, Msport, the director excercised Esos buying 11 sen n then he sold for 4.6sen & 5 sen.Funny ? He is depressing the share, the authority never query him ? No UMA. But when the move up , they ask for UMA. As I say before the whole institutions in the mess. We should safe Malaysia. We must ask our selves why should this counter delisted ? Any debt ? no money to pay salary ? Anybody sue this company for bankruptcy? Can a cash rich company goes bankrupt becos of mere delay accounting ?

In order to implement Esos at lower price they have to reduce the par value if I am not wrong. A strategy plan by Mr Lin. He has sold his controlling stake from 51 % in 2009, to 45 % in 2013, 34% in 2014 n now only have 11.45%, all in married deal basis.He even sold his Esos from 11 sen to 4.6 sen & 5 sen . Mind boggling! To whom he sold no idea .He is the founder of Msport, working very hard to set this company. Do u think he will let go his controlling stake so easily, u guess ?
He is a smart guy sell high buy low. Unfortunately the share is in the hands of Mr Paramjit( bought 5sen) N Mr Erwin(no idea,but quite high) with a combining stake of 21%, more than Mr Lin. So Mr Lin is in danger position of losing his controlling stake.
What should he do now, u guess ? Still want to sell ?
