A lot of listed comp.directors play dirty by selling their shares during good time.When bad time, they push down the share to penny value . Then they start to offer PP share 10% at penny value . Who is the want buying PP shares ? Theirs buddies. Minorities shareholders are always the loser.

We must always remember shares move because of supply n demand + political issues(very important)+ jobless issue + liquidity + currency + commodities + global issues. Do not over speculate.Retail players mostly kena trap now. Always ask yourself were the syndicates push up to let u run? The shares may go lower n lower until u never believe. Mr market is a crazy guy,remember this always.

Cut loss actually is to prevent heavy loss if the counter is turn bearish. So it is a good tactic. U may buy back when the counter touch low. Thus, to criticise Mr OTB is not fair & correct.

Instead of going up , MR Lin sold down to average 4.6 sen, create panic, thus margin called. If I am not wrong Mr Lin is in cohort with the syndicates to push down the shares to buy more than he sold. Openly he said his shares now 11.45%, but in actual fact more that. So taking over is not that easy. There is many layers to it. But if Mr Ewin & Paramjit willing to offer just said 40 sen, I think , a lot minority N substantial share holders willing to sell .

We the retail players hope there is a tussle for control so that the share will shoot up to more than intrinsic value

Most of the retail players now in heavy paper lost. Always remember ,the syndicates have no mercy on u.

According to our grey hair fund manager Mr TTB ,the crash may be in 12 to 24 months, so no hurry to buy lah, raise bullets when there is opportunity.Looking at our local scenario N world issues ,the high possibility is there.
