When I ask you all to buy it was at $1.85 & I ask you all to buy 1 week before the 4th quarter results are out...you all did & now you reap more rewards. But I presume BIMB can follow the Takaful trial with the hope that EPF goreng more & more...all the best to all.

However I leave the choice for you all to take profit if you feel that you had made enough.

are to be reclaimed for a proposed mixed development – in Bayan Mutiara, Penang at the
price of RM1.07bn. The Bayan Mutiara land has very high development potential, as it is
sandwiched between two successful developments – IJM Land‟s The Light and CP‟s

execution, the Bayan Mutiara land can transform Ivory into one of the largest property
developers in Penang. We gather that it is expected to launch its first development on this

Fully diluted RNAV of RM2.67, post-rights issue. Based on our RNAV estimates, we

So, my friends, buy & hold for a few months & see your investment grows. Once Amedia is in the main board, fund managers can qualify to have it in their portfolios. BTW, Amedia is cash rich too to a tune of more than $12 million. Now NTA stands good at 26 cents, PERatio a perfect low of 4.8, EPS excellent at 6.8 cents.

It seems that Dijaya had come into play on the Penang multi-billion project with Ivory...seems a 60% to Dijaya & 40% to Ivory with the later being the turnkey contractor for the project.

Now, are we going to see better pricing with Dijaya coming in or perhaps go downhill?

As I had said earlier, a dividend of 10 cents will mean we are getting a 7% return with our investment which is much higher than FD in banks.....and at least better dividend income than some Reits like Sunway Reits [6.5%], Axis Reits [6.3%], CMMT Reits [6.1%], Pavilion Reit [5.0%].

Yes, brother ganasai , a lot of 'blind' people buy those counters with very high PE indeed with the hope that the sharks will goreng it and then they make some quick easy profit but they didn't know that when they get trapped with being the last person out, they themselves are the biggest losers.....once down there's little or no chances of it going up. However, those good quality counters will rise again after being down, that's the way market behaves.

I am sure you have notice too that those PN17 designated counters, these kakis also sapu, OMG, with the false high hope that a brand new shinning White Knight will come to their rescue...how naive can they be?

Brother ganasai , hold on to the lower than 10 PE Benalec counter & I am confident it will bounce back with the 2 port reclamation projects in hand.

And always at the closing time, these issuing house will purposely sell cheaply at even 1 or 2 cents less cheaper than the last price. Yes, that's how dirty it is concerning money. Remember the DRBHicom 'stinking affair" when the warrant becomes completed useless as the mother share went down by 35 cents at the closing time with a few million mother shares being thrown down at less 35 cents from the last closing price as that automatically kills the warrants as the last date of lodging is that day itself....correct me if I am wrong please.

So, my friends, please be very careful when you start investing in warrants.

Brother WWH33, CC is not moving yesterday to 14 cents as the issuing CIMB is purposely throwing down cheaper even to 12.5 cents. Yes, that's how they always kill most warrants, it's an old dirty trick & most kakis follow stupidly. Yes, psychology plays a part here as when the issuing house throws away cheaply, these kakis panic and follow too...so as I said, it's better for all those who are not familiar with warrants to please don't get involve or buy any.

Just imagine if CC were condemned to RIP, then CIMB will make a very handsome profit of 50 million shares X 15 cents gives then an excellent profit of $7.5 million just on this warrants alone and what about the other warrants that CIMB issued...so many of
them & some of them above 150 million, OMG.
