PROPOSED DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT SCHEME


1. INTRODUCTION

On behalf of the Board of Directors of UOA Development (“Board”), CIMB Investment Bank
Berhad (“CIMB”) is pleased to announce that UOA Development is proposing to undertake, a
dividend reinvestment scheme that will allow shareholders of UOA Development
(“Shareholders”) to have the option to elect to reinvest their dividend entitlements (i.e. cash
dividends that have been declared by UOA Development (“Dividend(s)”) which include
interim, final, special or any other cash dividend) in new ordinary share(s) of RM0.05 each in
UOA Development (“Share(s)” or “UOA Development Share(s)”) (“Proposed DRS”).

In addition to the above, UOA Development had on 6 April 2012, submitted an application to
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), seeking its concurrence to allow the
Proposed DRS to be applicable to its first and final single tier dividend of 10 sen per UOA
Development Share (“Final Dividend”) that was announced on 23 February 2012
(“Concurrence Sought”).

Brother Jake, I feel that KHSB & Puncak is being sidelined as you had just said.....temperature gone down with too many members giving all sorts of negative statements without actually finding the real reasons of the recent hike, This doesn't help to improve the sentiment among the punters as now they somewhat lose a little confidence. When members here say things like these statements..."going down to 49 cents" without any evidence or charts, "game over for KHSB", "what bulls saying got billion $$ project" ....what do you expect? Don't these "talk nonsense" members read all the announcements & do a little research themselves?

You have to keep in mind of the many sharks & their proxies that too may be here reading these statements too. When it's no more hot, will sharks be interested?

Sometimes I do wish members will refrain from giving such nonsense statements & pointing fingers at me when they have paper loss as this doesn't help.

I guess we have to wait until KHSB come out with soem more positive statements.

Yes, brother chieng8182 , a great possibility that EPF knows something that we don't know otherwise why does EPF buy & buy & never sell the past 10 days even though it makes money.

That's the trouble with the T+3 kakis as they got no power to hold. And of you are to notice, most of the losers in the market are the T+3 kakis. Frankly, do they expect a counter to shoot up within 3 days or so. Sometimes, you have to hold much longer to make money....didn't they know this simple logic but put themselves at high risk with the T+3 way?

Some members here who buy this counter have no faith at all as with just a 1 or 2 cents up, they dispose.

There's no saying that if price had gone up to the highest in 3 years, it doesn't have to stay stagnant at all. You have notice that so many counters had gone up from the past history too...so why single out this counter.

UOA Development - Unjustified depressed valuations
Our visit and showroom tour with several investors reaffirmed our positive
view on UOA Dev. Its 1Q new sales of over RM300m put the company firmly on
the path to meet, if not exceed, its full-year target of RM1bn. Due to the
depressed share price, UOA Dev’s valuations are among the cheapest in our
property coverage. Its P/Es are the lowest while its dividend yields are the
highest. We maintain our Trading Buy call and target basis of 30% discount to
RNAV.

JADI has drawn up aggressive growth plans to expand
capacity since 2010. The entire capacity expansion
plan would position the group to become the largest
independent toner manufacturer in the world in
2015.

The new CPT will help differentiate JADI from other
competitors as the group will have both conventional
and CPT products to serve a broader base of market
segments. CPT is also considered a premium product,
thus providing better profit margin to the group.
Besides, the production of palm‐oil based resin
(Palmatone) for internal consumption will help reduce
the material cost and translate into higher profit
margin for JADI.

Despite the currency risk exposure, we continue to like
JADI due to its status as the sole toner manufacturer in
Malaysia and the biggest in Southeast Asia. This is a
significant advantage as it provides the group with an
opportunity to capitalise on the growth of demand for
toner in the region. JADI has successfully established
itself as a reputable producer and supplier of toner
overseas. This is an important factor in securing more
businesses in the future.

The group plans to raise the ASP by up to 10% this
year to mitigate the impact of rising raw material costs.
Hopefully this will help to sustain the group’s margin.
The ASP increase will be implemented in stages.
Management guided that the group had implemented
an increase of 3% to date while the 2nd tranche of 3%
should be implemented soon in June.

From TA Securities give a TP of 29 cents....now read please..


We roll forward valuation base year to FY12. Maintain BUY
on JADI with a target price of RM0.29, using a FY12 diluted
EPS of 1.8sen and pegging it at a PER of 16x. The PER of 16x
represent a 28.6% discount to JADI’s historical peak PER of
22.4x.

“Headquartered in Selangor, Malaysia, Jadi is an independent world-class toner manufacturer and exports more than 90% of its products to over 50 countries throughout the world. Jadi also owns a production plant in SUZHOU China which caters for the Chinese and a sales and distribution office in the United States of America.

Volume not yet pick up but yesterday some kakis buy in large lots at 15.5 cents. A small main market company making money every year & does give a TE dividend fo 2 years already.

NTA 17 cents only, EPD .52 cents & a slightly high PER of 26 but not too high like those in 100++, hee, hee, hee

Brother faisal jaafar, I cannot say what's more to come as a counter moves up because of so many factors but I still have confidence in BIMB. I am still holding plenty from my early buying at $1.85++. But please keep in mind that BIMB is a holding company & it owns 65% of Takaful. I had ask you all earlier so many times that you have to watch BIMB keeping in mind of Takaful.

NTA $1.20, EPS 9.2 CENTS, PERatio 4.3...all good, up to you to buy or not

Frankly speaking I had not let members down..be it Tenaga & sons, Coastal & son, KHSB, EPMB & BIMB & sons, Ivory & a few days back KPSCB. Let my recommendations speak for itself.....cheers to all who make money when I ask you all to buy earlier.
