The Yokohama Mayor election is on 22 August. There are still 2 bids in, GenS and Melco. GenS is the favourite to win. But after that, there will still be competition with other parts of Japan. Believe there are 4 different localities across Japan still in the running for the license but only 3 will be issues.
So yeah, I would treat it as a bonus when it happens :p

@hck1981 Yokohama still dependant on new Mayor election results. Perhaps that's why they've not considered it. Treat it as a bonus if it happens la :p
