The counter has been making lose for many years. If i not mistaken the founder of the company not holding any share in this company. Before we invest into any counter We should always ask ourself why the founder sell of all the share in the company ? Because of knm share trade around 0.48-0.50 cent now the knm warrant trade at range 0.10-0.12 cent and close at 0.11 cent yesterday. I guess is a change to buy knm-warrant now. i predict is by early next year knm will trade around 0.75-85 cent if the subsidary company BORSIG listed in Singapore and final quarter financial out. Why i suggest to buy knm warrant ? Knm closed at 0.48 cent and warrant closed at 0.11 cent. Insteat of buying 1 lot (1000 share) mother share at rm 480 i rather to buy 4.3 lots warrant. If knm share rose from 0.48 cent to 0.78 cent by next early year. By than the warrant may trade around 0.25-0.30 cent. Imagine if i put rm 11000 in bank giving me 3.1% interest after 6 months i only get rm 341 interest. i rather to buy 100 lots (100,000 share) of knm warrant after 6 month if knm warrant trade at 0.25-0.30 cent and i sell at 0.25 cent i get rm 25000 and my profit is rm 14000. What if i keep on hold the warrant until knm mother share to rose to rm 1.50 ? what is warrant trade price ? maybe in range of 0.60-0.75. and i get rm 60000-70000. Remember.....knm share trade at 0.50 now was due to financial lose last year about rm 84 million. I don't supprise knm will pick up slowly. Time to recover all your previous lose in this counter. If you buy 500 lots ( 500,000) share it cost you rm 55000. After 6-12 months if this warrant trade at 0.50 cents. You get rm 250,000 cash..........Remember this counter is making profit now........knm is one of the favor counter for fund manager. This counter not another Zelan or Lioncop which lost hundred million.
