An application will be submitted to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of the PN17 status of LFE upon the Company recording two (2) consecutive quarterly results of net profits immediately after the completion of the implementation of the Regularisation Plan. For information, the earliest two (2) financial quarters after the completion of the Regularisation Plan of LFE on 26 November 2015 will fall in the three (3)-months financial period ending 30 April 2016 and 31 July 2016. The quarterly results for these two (2) financial quarters will be subject to a limited review by an external auditor before they are announced.
