That's a simplistic way of looking at it, while I would love for the price to go up, need to be realistic of the fundamental issues with this company. Cashflow- they will have to sell more shares which means more dilution. 2nd... they do not have enough land to harvest logs, even before PMU5, their factories were running at 40% capacity only and were making Q on Q losses.

i love the development, to be honest, been to the pier and it will be pretty nice.. but again, we are here to make $$ and the damn owners, not the goreng type
